The list is updated for 2014. For new injuries, I'll add the month and year since it would be too time consuming to do this retroactively. I will also only include injuries that keep gymnasts out of competition or competition selection, otherwise the list could potentially include every rolled ankle in practice.   1. ACL injuries or athletes who we feel are at a high risk for any knee injury, we try to incorporate specific plyometric exercises and sports specific agility drills into their therapy. I feel maintaining a good quadriceps to hamstring ratio is the best way to ensure a safe return to sports as well as preventing further injury.  ACL tear
